📦 90-Day Return Policy

You have 90 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

✅ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it.
  • Not have been used beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.
  • Include all original tags (if applicable).
  • Be returned in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging.

🚚 Return Shipping

🌍 International Returns

For orders shipped outside the European Union:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • These costs are non-refundable.

🇪🇺 European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
