SHIPPING POLICY

🚚 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

During this time, your order will be prepared, inspected, and packaged.

✈️ Shipping Times

After processing, the estimated delivery time is:

  • Domestic and international deliveries: 6 to 9 business days

The total estimated delivery time is 7 to 11 business days, depending on the destination.

🌍 International Shipping (Worldwide)

We ship worldwide.

For orders outside the European Union:

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.
  • The customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees.
  • These costs are not included in the product price or shipping costs.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number, where available.

Tracking information may take 24 to 72 hours to become active.

⚠️ Shipping Delays

In some cases, delays may occur due to:

  • Customs clearance.
  • Shipping carrier logistics.
  • Public holidays or peak seasons.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

📍 Incorrect or Incomplete Address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Delivery may be delayed.
  • The package may be returned to the sender.
  • Any additional shipping costs for reshipment will be the customer’s responsibility.

❌ Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time:

  • Please contact us first.
  • We will investigate the shipment with the shipping carrier.
  • We are not responsible for packages that the shipping carrier marks as delivered.

📦 Split Shipments

In some cases, an order may be shipped in multiple packages to speed up delivery.
